	HP CONNECT! Health Partners is excited to announce the launch of our enhanced provider portal, HP Connect. As a current user of our Provider Connect portal, we know you will find HP Connect to be a much more robust and user friendly tool. Our new portal offers features you have valued, such as eligibility inquiry and claims inquiry, plus new functionality that you requested, including claims reconsideration. With HP Connect, you can actually submit claim reconsideration requests directly 24/7, without spending time on the phone. In addition, you can give all users in your office their own access to HP Connect. With HP Connect, you do not share passwords or access--everyone has unique login abilities. We encourage you to transition to HP Connect and reap the benefits of our improved portal. When you register for HP Connect, your access to Provider Connect will automatically end and you will no longer be able to access the prior system. PLEASE NOTE: PROVIDER CONNECT WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2010. Please identify a "super user" for your practice to submit your initial request for HP Connect access.
